Enjoy the pie recipe. The amaranth is a very edible plant. Leaves are edible cooked like spinach. Dehydrated and powered to add to soups, etc.Seeds can be boiled like a porridge and can be popped into pop. 😊

They are free to leave. They have many plans, but none include further education away from home at this point.
