- Andy Cash was told "no amount of time in jail" will justify his actions as he was given three life sentences for the brutal murder of his three siblings in Tallaght 2022.
The Central Criminal Court heard harrowing details about how Cash inflicted hundreds of knife wounds on his sister Lisa and 8-year-old twins Christy and Chelsea.
Cash's mother spoke about how her family are living with pain every second of every day since".

Not really. You can't really predict something like this because it's such a jump from how normal people would react that you wouldn't even think it. He said comments at a event that made others uncomfortable but more than likely they probably thought he was going to knock someone out. You can't really predict something like this happening.
There were family photos on Facebook and he seemed happy with his family, weddings and events, he really did. Alcohol and drugs bring out the darker side of human nature, in some instances, I think he went mad from all the concoctions he was taking. He seemingly called out to the taxi man to call 999. He was definitely insane, had issues before and the drugs etc blew the head off of him. I wonder was he jealous of them, they were lovely. God help them all and the mother and family.
Truly heartbreaking...God alone only knows their mothers pain ....it too much ...the whole country stunned into silence.... I couldn't bring myself to read about it but as Niall commented on I like many others did wonder about a motive ...not that there is anything that could justify such evil... In times of tragedy I guess we try to find some reason why..... The light of heaven to these innocent kids...Please God their Parents and Grandparents can come to some peace....
I think he snapped after drinking and drugs as well.

Very very evil man how could He do such a thing?? Where we're the social services and the guards did they not notice anything ? Or how dangerous he really was?? A complete sicko I really hope some one gets him when hes behind Bars?!
There was probably some family dispute or resent that motivated him. We'll likely never know nor understand. In cases like this it's very common for the perpetrator that have some sort of cluster B personality disorder. This would make them process relationships in a way that's much different from other people. In some cases like this it can lead to extreme acts of violence. Depression would often be a factor with the perpetrators feeling like failures, their power being threatened so they will commit acts of violence to feel powerful again. We'll never know what truly motivated what happened but research shows these are the factors that come up in similar cases.
@@eoinkearney6458 Those twins were beautiful, and Lisa was beautiful, their communion photo with their mother was beautiful. God help them all. I think he went mad under the influence, he wasn't in his right state of mind, but to go to that extreme I feel your theory bears good weight, we will never know, he probably doesn't know himself, awful. God help them.
I saw a comment more or less saying he was gay. Maybe something was said to him and he snapped and murdered them
Nope that is not what's been reported at all nobody said anything about him being gay

15 to 17 is the most common for life sentence in ireland
@@anabelleward853 You can rest assured that will not be the case in this instance. He will do a minmumn of at least 30yrs because he will still be only 55yrs old.
@@coughlantom4139 Weren't those twins beautiful, and Lisa was so nice and doing so well. It is terrible, it is, God help them all. The mother was lovely in the photo, all looked beautiful for the Communion. Terrible.
