That's why I kinda hate arnav character....For a single moment he didn't give benefit of doubt to khushi....She tolerated soo insult of him...Sometimes those insults makes me uncomfortable...I wish he believed her for sometime...gave her chance to explain herself...asked her family members....That 6 months marriage contract is a huge insult for any girl..
He has known shayam for 2 years and he cunningly created an honest loving husband image in everyone's heart including Arnav. Once he said, Anjali and shayam are the 2 most important people in his life. So he thought kushi had drawn shayam with her beauty and innocent outlooks. Can't totally blame him because it shows how cunning shayam is. The other thing is kushi's unwise decision to keep shayam's matter a secret. Even when Arnav asked what did your fiance do to you, she didn't trust him to reveal it. Payal told her firmly let the marriage break but you need to tell them the truth because a marriage should not be based on falsehood. Secondly kushi had guts to throw hot tea on Arnav just for holding her shawl, but didn't even try to slap Shyam when he was holding her against her will. So Arnav isn't the only person who is blame worthy. Kushi's decision to hide the truth, affected Payal's life too when she was blamed by Akash for keeping it a secret. Bad decisions bring bad consequences. Kushi knows that she too was at faults. Also her love for Arnav is strong. That's why she forgives him. But again she brought shayam back making it easy for shayam to kill his own child. Later she apologised for it. But Arnav didn't blame her at that time when she admitted her fault.

That is why he left even before that track started . They changed original story and filled it with filler episodes like Mrs . India and Sheetal .
