Yes I think Mcfarlane has the right to set the price, but it is stupid thinking that is more expensive just for be an exclusive, that no makes sense at all
I have the spin master one inspired by the white knight. I'm happy with that one, spent 20$. Come to think of it, haven't seen spin master do a new one for the 12" line in awhile.
You guys watch he’s going to make two Batman Forever Batmobile one McFarlane toy store exclusive with light up feature and one that’s not light up for mass production I guarantee. PS everybody go check out my latest short of my McFarlane customs
It likes you read his mind. Much less popular version of a batmobile, so price it higher so that even though it doesnt sell more, it can make back money on the units he does sell vs make a popular version (89 version) sell it for cheaper but sell hundreds of thousands and make money back and then some.
I'm slowly starting to leave this line. I think I'm waiting for a power girl figure at this point and I'll be dropping this line completely cause this is ridiculous
Yeah, I’m with you. In fact I already left. The figures really aren’t worth it IMO. I might come back if things improve and I haven’t been priced out, but honestly, I would rather see another company take over the DC brand.
When 90% of mcfarlane junk is “exclusive” what a failure. Todd better try harder it’s easy to see the community is getting very very over this bs biz practice
What a joke. McFarlane taking advantage of the fans. I wanted the batpod, but couldn’t pull the trigger for the price. Sad, but not worth it. Same with this Batmobile.
I think I've said this before in the video where you first talk about the tumbler, but I'm betting that it's going to be $150 for the gold label and $100 for the all black version. I bought this batmobile and will buy the others. I think I might be scaling back with Mcfarlane though. His pricing is all over the place.
Having just picked up the Lightyear XL15 by Mattel, also 20" long, it's original price point was £40 in the UK, the shops were full of these things so the production numbers were very high I would think, this batmobile would have a limited run so the price suggests this I think????? We should thank our lucky stars that this isn't a Haslab item😂
It’s more expensive to produce and sell for his own store … and usually Todd does it because he wants to get it for the customer or they want to release it , and the big stores don’t wanna carry it …. Todd said so himself, so if people want to complain about the price … it’s usually target, or Walmart to blame .., Amazon is more open , but again it needs to be approved based on their research … McFarlene can’t do much about it , if colector asks for it
Mcfarlane is starting to tax us collector's, it all started with Haslab and now here, soon all of these toy companies will keep raising the cost and they know fans will pay because its an "exclusive" this hobby is overwhelming
Makes more sense then the Batwing price which was a crazy $300. Maybe it’s because of the silver paint. Besides that not much painted detail for that price. Afraid to see how much the Tumbler will be
I hate that pricing. That's outrageous and im a huge Mcfarlane fan and collect ALOT. Probably too much. Gonna have to be for Christmas or something but im not preordering on this one!
I want this so bad, but i don't have that money right now. However, if it is still available next week, i will buy it. I don't care white knight is my favorite comic book and batman, so i know for sure i won't have any regrets once i get paid and buy this beauty.
When people keep feeding the beast and make excuses to why they bought it, nothing is going to change. The 89 Batmobile was a great price but since then, The Batwing, Batpod and now this, are not good value for price. I passed on the last two and I'm skipping on this as well.
As much as this Batmobile is a cool one to get, MTS Exclusive or not, this seems like a dud. Do they even still have “Batman: White Knight” Batman figures to buy without the 2 pack with Azreal? I think if this had a soft goods cape (with molded collar to match source material) this would have been worth the price of admission… I am happy if people buy this but it’s a pass for me. Personally, I justified getting Crisis On Infinite Earths for my own collection, but this Batmobile, I can’t see me getting.
Still cheaper than Hasbros ML vehicle sets but nonetheless, something has to start giving. I think we are looking at the rough times from McFarlane when it comes to the DC IP
HATE THE TUMBLER, THIS BATMOBIL DOES NOT IMPRESS ME. ALMOST $90 HOLLOW CHEAP PLASTIC BATMOBIL, NO LED LIGHT, WHITHOUT A FIGURE ?, I CAN BUY A 1/10 R/C CAR WHITH LIGHT AND SOUND CHEAPER THAN THAT I JUST WANT A "BATMAN ARKHAM KNIGHT BATMOBIL WHITH BATMAN FIGURE" BY THE WAY TODD... "NOT EXCLUSIVE" AT REASONABLE PRICE FANS DESERVE THAT. I DON'T SEE ANY APPRECIATION, TO THOSE WHO SUPPORT YOU
I fussed and griped about it,but I still ended up buying it. If not I'd be mad later on that I didn't. Being a McFarlane Toy exclusive made this cost way more than it's worth. I wasn't going to buy it,but I kept going back until I talked my stupid self into it.
@@scottbegley3175 you and me both but honestly with it not being mass retails, it’s about what I expected. 1989 mobile was mass produced which means it’s cheaper to produce.
Just having to go through MTS makes everything cost more, with just the shipping alone. Still would've been nice to have at least came w/a figure for that price point.
The 89 Batmobile came with a figure and that was $75, so $90 for this and no figure is a bit to much
Collectors need to start being smart with their money. Toy companies can gauge prices all they want as long as people keep buying.
Old man Todd keeps forgetting to take his meds lately. 🤨
He will continue to raise the prices as long as we keep buying…
100 percent. I want this but not for that price so I'm taking a pass
@@PeroCat I hope they’re all stuck with their shitty dumb bat mobiles
He'll continue to raise prices as long they keep raising prices on him.

Look again. They've been nonstop putting out Batmobiles since they acquired the license. They've been reusing their molds as well.
It’s a big pass for me. No figure, no extra paint, smaller than ‘89 Batmobile
You guys watch he’s going to make two Batman Forever Batmobile one McFarlane toy store exclusive with light up feature and one that’s not light up for mass production I guarantee.

I don't doubt that. Not one bit
No way this is worth $100 bucks. We need to make our voices heard and stop purchasing overpriced stuff.
It looks accurate but weird looking but not worth 100, it should have been 50-70. This isn't like a nostalgic batmobile or anything.
It likes you read his mind.
Much less popular version of a batmobile, so price it higher so that even though it doesnt sell more, it can make back money on the units he does sell vs make a popular version (89 version) sell it for cheaper but sell hundreds of thousands and make money back and then some.
Geez, that's like LEGO set pricing.
😂😂

No. With no figure and no lights. Im out
The white knight batcycle is enough for me

Interesting how this Batmobile design was partially inspired by the Aircraft Push back Cars you find roaming around airport runways!

I hate that pricing. That's outrageous and im a huge Mcfarlane fan and collect ALOT. Probably too much. Gonna have to be for Christmas or something but im not preordering on this one!
I just wish it was available on Amazon. I have to save up for comic-con. I can't fork over all the money on the spot on McFarlane's store.
This same one was done by spin master for $20 a few years ago
Cost is probably related to a lower production volume.
I want this so bad, but i don't have that money right now. However, if it is still available next week, i will buy it. I don't care white knight is my favorite comic book and batman, so i know for sure i won't have any regrets once i get paid and buy this beauty.
The new Batmobile is great, though rather expensive. Still a great product.
Price will drop when his discount kicks in.
I got the gold label 89 that's all I need
They should make figures about the new vr arkham game
*short answer: It's not worth it.*
*Better answer: if you like it and got the cash to spare, go for it! Have fun and enjoy!*
I’m passing for now based on price, even though have the White Knight Batpod.
Naw. I’m waiting for the Tumbler 🤟🏾
I wonder if he'll make figures from batman beyond the white knight
I want it but not for this price
I'm not going too lie that's real high what's going on with Todd he said that he was going too make item reasonable 😢
Geezus I'm not feeling the price at all and it don't have any metal parts or Freakin lights, and does the figure come with it?
No figure unfortunately
@@MashuAlter that's crazy
@@nybackyardlegend4 It is, you think with all these repaints we been getting they couldn't just rerelease one figure to go with this car
