It doesn’t show how much you earned. It shows how many you validated but still not clear. It just says that that feature is coming soon. I think it’s 33% of one pi because it takes 3 validators to Validate one Pearson. That one person pays 1pi so it’s I believe split amongst 3 validators.
I've been mining for years but a message comes up saying I can't be validated due to ,a different name, maybe a spelling error and I have no idea how to correct this. Does anyone have any advice on this problem?

As a Pi miner for almost 4 yrs and KYC validator the last 3yrs is been amazing to see the project evolve through time. As Pi Network launch approaches the excitement is felt through out the world among my peers not to forget the outstanding leadership of the core team.
Great video Wes! I've managed to do around 400 validations in the past four days and for the most part I've had a similar experience to Adam. Two notable exceptions are that several times i have also validated foreign IDs (which isn't supposed to be possible in theory) and also that it's possible even at low volume of new validations to get much more per day using a little trick. I've been averaging 100 per day despite the low volume.
@@taylorloewen4211 when you tap "let's go", as soon as it gets to the screen that says "looking for more validations" immediately hit the "dashboard" button and repeat from beginning very fast until you get something. If you just wait on the screen that says "looking for validations" it's not actually doing anything. It reloads every 30 seconds or so. So instead of sending out one request every 30 seconds I'm sending out like 20 depending on how fast i am
Nice update on Pi. Im waiting on kyc, some of my friends get kyced, but they live in different country. I think they r trying take certain amounts from different countries and thats how it gonna spread getting validators in different countries. Thanks for update. Really good channel. I passed my KYC last June 17, 2022 and immediately I applied as a validator and after almost 10 months I successfully validated more than 9,000 KYC applications.
I am a validator too for about 2weeks now,from the Phils... At first the validations were coming in about 8-10+ a day, but as days pass by there only about 2-3 validations if lucky enough... Just do the practice mode first, so that you won't get confused.... And that's it, Goodluck guys
im a moderator for pi and were working hard to be listed on coinbase and a few others the network is growing alot faster then anticipated. which is awesome but again does slow things down alittle as mainnet is still technically in test phases as mainnet is ready for full launch but kyc is still being perfected
That 1 Pi that a KYC applicant commits to the process will be split between multiple validators since there are multiple people validating a single application. The Core Team advised in an AMA that they need to determine the average number of validators for each in order to come up with a Pi/Validation. We will only receive a portion of a Pi per each.

Document ID means the words. For instance, if you upload Identification card document, then it is ID number, if you upload driver license document, then it is driver license number.
They are going to advertisers to show proof your real. That is really the only money to be made by PI team. The coin doesn't really have value because there is no technology (Blockchain) behind it.
Did KYC. I did my Licence, then you review your application info and submit. Mine never goes through. It gives a message that it may take time, but it never finishes. Don’t know what to do now???

It's not 1 Pi per validation l. This is because around 4 validators have to go through one pioneer's documents. So these validators will be rewarded from a pool.
thats because those who were waiting for KYC have already done so. The rest still don't trust Pi and are waiting until last minute to complete KYC. I think Pi has until end of year to release coin to exchanges or they lose credibility.
I was able to become a validator again I thought I've lost it but no I Just went back into my KYC and automatically asked me if I wanted to become one and I said yes and I just did 16 of them it's quite fun to do
Hello, I joined the validator program and passed the quiz and got the congratulations remark. However, I left the app to attend to other things and didn't go on to start validating others immediately. Came back to the app and I couldn't find anything about the validation program. Nothing to click on. Is this normal or is there a place I'm supposed to find this button which is different from the KYC area?
Hi Webb Kyc for Pi Earlier we’re encouraged to do Kyc through Yoti . I was one of them however pi needs to there own Kyc even for those previously Kyc approved . However the there is an issues and we are not getting the process through despite following all the instructions. It would be good if you could explore and bring it core teams and make videos how can this be resolved Since it is a wide spread issue amongst the pioneers who did there Kyc via Yoti but now being denied the process due some technical issues
Every time I get to the step after the selfie a message comes up saying: Extraction of a picture of your face from ID photo Faild. Please upload a new photo. I have repetad this several times and still nothing. The photos are very good quality. Anyone any ideas?
Hey Wes so I’m kyc’ing at the moment but at the last stage where you take the video confirming your face it is not allowing me to take the video even though I went into settings and allowed camera access
I found Wes in exactly the same way Adam did. I found Pi via my partner, who found it via an air drop on XYO coin (which he no longer participates in, since losing his most useful piece of equipment). I might have given up if not for Wes, though maybe not because I understand patience.
He was having lots of fun with XYO. Got a keychain attachment to enhance his collection abilities, and it worked ... until he left his keys at a restaurant (which he could do without turning off the car--and which he doesn't do anymore because he has no more spare keys) and never retrieved. He totally abandoned XYO after that.
. I think I was asked to KYC but passed it up. I still have not been able to open the test Pi wallet. Keeps reading my Pass Phase is invalid even after creating new wallets countless times over the passed year and more... I put it in correct. Check and recheck to no avail. See no point in proceeding if I'm just going to lose everything I've mined over the pass phrase. Big waste of time I guess I'm just to dumb for pass phrases ...

Have you noticed that many many of us have received the invitation do our KYC and after following the necessary steps to go through that process we are still pending for approval. It has been 3 weeks for me. I know of others that have been waiting months. I'd like to understand why? I'm not talking about how long do we have to wait to get yhe invite. I'm talking about once we get the invite and fully fill out all necessary info.

Yoti was effectively an experiment by the core team, who knew that eventually they would need a reliable KYC process and were searching for solutions. I read that years ago when Yoti was first offered, and attempted though I knew it wasn't the final KYC and despite the small charge (which was never charged because Yoti never accepted my documentation). CT had been entirely transparent, though sometimes a bit confusing (probably due to the language barrier).
Does Pi have any actual technology behind it? I ask because Seeing that we're moving into a utility based & regulated crypto market, it's currently over 18,000 cryptos and 99% serve no purpose and will be rektd. If Pi has no technology or main utility then I don't think it's worth focusing on. Just my 2 cents but how do you feel about that? And also are you familiar with ISO-20022?
Your looking at it correctly. No technology/Block chain. Capitalized on crypto popularity. Only way PI team can make money is to sell your information (that your real KYC) to advertising companies. Coin will have no value & won't make it to exchanges.
Pi is not yet a complete project. The core team is still developing the technology and utility, we are doing our part by participating in the project (meaning we mine every day, keep aware of the projects implemented and the progress made, KYC when we're able to and maybe help validate other users so they can KYC also, etc.). I don't believe Pi is selling our information; I've had my information sold or stolen from other sources, and am not getting that sort of vibe at all from Pi. It's frustrating, though I'm confident that it is valid.
@@wendychavez5348 they dont actually sell your information to advertisers rather it would be Pi team going to advertisers and saying we have xxxx this many active people (verified thru kyc). These advertisers then could display their ads into the app as people move over to mainnet. That is the only game in town for Pi team to make money is thru ads because much more established coins are getting slaughtered (bitcoin) who have actual technology behind them. Pi would be foolish to even attempt to move Pi coin to exchanges. Rather they would be better served partnering (purchased) by another Crypo with legit blockchain tech and bring its users as value added to partnership.
I don't think I trust the validation process with pi I got a violation for denying a live video where it was just a picture the person wasn't moving nothing and I got a violation for declining it and other validators approved it it's a bunch of BS

it can't be receiving 1 pi per validation when the cost was said to be 1 pi and multiple people are involved in a single validation
Absolutely. I misspoke there. Others have said it's 1 pi split between all the validators who validate that person, which makes more sense :)

There’s no market for Pi yet, so therefore no market price. That should come later this year when Pi is listed on exchanges.

You will get your message if your application was successful once you have just mined that day. It can take up too a week.
Does Pi have any actual technology behind it? I ask because Seeing that we're moving into a utility based & regulated crypto market, it's currently over 18,000 cryptos and 99% serve no purpose and will be rektd. If Pi has no technology or main utility then I don't think it's worth focusing on. Just my 2 cents but how do you feel about that? And also are you familiar with ISO-20022?
Your looking at it correctly. No technology/Block chain. Capitalized on crypto popularity. Only way PI team can make money is to sell your information (that your real KYC) to advertising companies. Coin will have no value & won't make it to exchanges.
Pi is not yet a complete project. The core team is still developing the technology and utility, we are doing our part by participating in the project (meaning we mine every day, keep aware of the projects implemented and the progress made, KYC when we're able to and maybe help validate other users so they can KYC also, etc.). I don't believe Pi is selling our information; I've had my information sold or stolen from other sources, and am not getting that sort of vibe at all from Pi. It's frustrating, though I'm confident that it is valid.
@@wendychavez5348 they dont actually sell your information to advertisers rather it would be Pi team going to advertisers and saying we have xxxx this many active people (verified thru kyc). These advertisers then could display their ads into the app as people move over to mainnet. That is the only game in town for Pi team to make money is thru ads because much more established coins are getting slaughtered (bitcoin) who have actual technology behind them. Pi would be foolish to even attempt to move Pi coin to exchanges. Rather they would be better served partnering (purchased) by another Crypo with legit blockchain tech and bring its users as value added to partnership.

I don't think I trust the validation process with pi I got a violation for denying a live video where it was just a picture the person wasn't moving nothing and I got a violation for declining it and other validators approved it it's a bunch of BS
