Thanks for at least acknowledging the price is insane. But still a good cake! Some UA-camr is acting like it’s no price difference then any other restaurant and that’s it’s not expensive.
I honestly think it’s the name “Cake Bake Shop.” It gives off local bakery vibes so that’s what the expectation is in regard to the price. I had that happen with me when I first went to one of the Indy locations. What it actually is, is a high end restaurant that has a world class bakery attached to it. From what I’ve seen the CBS prices are pretty similar to other high end restaurants in the deluxe resorts.
My wife grew up going to Ocean City boardwalk. As she had the same feeling that you have when we stayed at yacht club. Where are the carnival games? Where are the rides? Where is the Funhouse? lol Also, on a personal level, I just can’t do mint flavored snacks. But I’m sure there’s a cake there for me.
Yes, definitely a Grand Flo vibe going on. Ok, those cakes were gorgeous especially the decorations (those bakers got talent) but wow, $25, maybe a splurge but not sure even if that - I'm a cheeseburger egg roll kinda guy!!
$25 dollars for a slice is insane. The inside of the place is gorgeous though and the cakes do look beautiful. Maybe if it’s shareable between three people, you can split the cost and bring that price down a bit per person.
The cake you got for a whole one for 8-12 people it says $105. For 36-56 people it's $205. I'm sorry but I am not paying that much for a slice of cake. That's crazy!

Man of the people in an eagles t shirt ordering like he’s at the deli
Another great review! Very fancy interior, I liked that part...and the Gamble remark was spot on.

It looks just like the ones in Indy! Glad you loved the cake!
The cake being that good and being Gluten Free is great for GF guests!

A bougie place like this would’ve been the perfect trial run of a hat free vlog 😂
I really wish you didn’t just convince me to walk through those doors but you did…

Is it expensive? yes lol. But it looks very pretty inside. Even the box you had looked pretty lol.
Seems like too much frosting, but glad it was tasty! Seriously though, $25!?
Question of the week: What is the best snack at WDW/Disneyland?
Why spend $25 on a slice of Mint Chocolate cake when Publix has Crest toothpaste for $3 a tube?
Went to the website and most of the cakes start at about $120.
“That looks GORGEOUS ladies”😭😭😭😭😭. Day 67 of asking you to ride living with the land 10 times
I would have to share the slice with my friends or family.. but $25 for just a slice?!? 😭

Cake, or multi pass? Lmao
another many reasons why Disneyland is better than Disneyworld🤣🤷♀
Yeah cuz who wants HQ places like this when you can have an overpriced lounge in a former signature restaurant 🤡
