Thank God I found your Darksydephil Classic channel years ago, because you just let the truth out like the way it should be. I've been following you for a while now and you are just about 99%-100% correct about many things on the Internet. (How games are rated, how broken the gaming media is, and the more recent Bill talk)
I will continue to watch all of your updates and hope you'll have great success in the coming years.
The only thing that is left to be placed with an intro is the "Hateful Truth".
Sadly, I was already hit hard by the 'anime music video' thing. I was only translating them and uploading them to UA-cam and Japanese record and anime companies slapped me with 3 strikes out of 4 in UA-cam's 'permanent account ban' and they warned me about copyright infringement, piracy and possible litigation against me. Scary stuff. Even without the bill, we're already coming under attack.

Another way for people to watch the Q/A video about the bill is to add an annotation to the first video about the bill. Just saying.
Hey phil did u put ur response to the S.978 on video responses on the original video or see if u can make top comments on there so that people know there is more information regarding the bill that is accurate and from a dependent source
Hmm... would this S. 978 bill also hit towards those who make AMV's (anime music videos) as they are just straight up clips of copyrighted anime that are edited? That would be horrible and would ruin anime convention contests for that (in america anyway)
i just found out on wikipedia that the bill will only target websites or people who profit from illegally streaming copyrighted material, what do you think, please reply.

I don't know why UA-cam feels the need to change the layout all the time. They don't even do it properly and break everything!

Yesterday, when I tried to watch any youtube videos on any page (ex embedded videos, on user channels on a video page)...they never worked, none of them did. The video player didn't work for me :( I just had to wait it out x.x;;

Phil, about UA-cam issues, you forgot one other one. There's some video of yours such as vlogs videos like this one and other videos on UA-cam n which you can't watch it in full screen. Some videos I try to watch in full screen and it just shows a black one. There's no picture at all. Unless, this is just happening to me. I hope not.

@Gigadrane I don't get it? UA-cam was all about vlogs, home movies, and original videos ages before anyone started putting gaming vids on regularly. UA-cam won't end just because gaming videos are not allowed. I'm not saying that I want them to end. I enjoy gaming videos and DSP. I'm just saying that UA-cam will continue with or without.

@StubbyAces Yes, this bill will only affect citizens of the United States of America, no one else. However, UA-cam may take measure to banning all gaming footage because they are an American company.

@TheDannyharrington also in his update he said that he was given no notice for why he got shut down on blip. Just like how people are getting banned with no explanation.

Phil I would like to say thank u because ur one of the few out my subscriptions that does play thoughs and stuff like that to keep updated on this bill this bill should not be passed as u said it's bad news and it should ether be stopped or amended to re word it. But again thank u very much and thank for putting out content that so many people enjoy
