We can set off previous year's F&O losses only with current year or futures years F&O or business losses but not with all non-salaried income of current year. You can set off current year non-salary income with current year F&O loss. You cannot set off current year non-salary income with previous year F&O loss.

If you are a salaried employee they will ask your pay slips only and if you are working since more than 5 years then you can get pre approved loan in your bank website itself

Hi Bro i think absolute value of profit & loss from options should take as sales value. The diff b/w actual profit/loss, charges and turnover should taken as purchase to get actual net profit /loss
Hi Revanth Anna...Tq for your concern on us.we have some doubts in itr3..especially source of fund & application of funds.we dont have funds in the beginning trading..we took loan and we lost total money then what should we enter in capital amount...There is any risk if state / central employee file ITR 3...please explain with these type of doubts as soon as possible...Tq Anna
