I climbed up to this beautiful spot today and recorded a 20 minutes impro session. I didn’t record any longer videos for a while and it’s impressive to witness what it pulls up. I was so inspired these last weeks and played hours & hours each day just for myself. Now, when I turned on the camera, I immediately felt a big pressure to „perform“, to „deliver“. It didn’t take me long to decide that I don’t want this anymore in my life. So while the camera was running I went through different stages of self reflection. I am so grateful for this instrument and the reflective power it has 🤍

Yes, I understand how the pressure to “perform” can seem so daunting. I hope to own of these beautiful instruments someday. You have a lovely way of allowing the instrument to speak through you. Isn’t it amazing how even playing for 20 minutes can seem to cultivate space. Allowing you to see the opportunities in certain times bringing you the wisdom you need to move forward. ❤

I was awake for 48 hours straight yesterday, immersed in work and hobbies.
Then, I thought, ``I still want to do a lot of things, but I think it's time to go to bed.'' I went to bed while listening to this person's music.
Then I got very scared.
I felt like I was conscious of something disappearing, and even that consciousness was disappearing.
I got scared so I listened to JPOP and fell asleep while listening to other music.
I woke up.
I think maybe. Perhaps the Grim Reaper is some kind of phenomenon that appears when I have the same atmosphere and feel as he does, and disappears along with me.

It was rather meant that I no longer want to feel this pressure and want to free myself from it. I want to be able to just sit down and enjoy playing without thinking too much about it, even though I'm recording. It's a process I'm working on and I wanted to share that. I have no intention of stopping, I've grown too fond of this community for that 💛
