Amma on pulling the zari if you can see the red thread that's pure silk which is mixed with one thread silver which is then dipped in gold liquid. This is how pure zari is made. Tested zari is where instead of silver thread copper is dipped in Golden coating. Imitation zari is where instead of red silk thread they use polyester thread.
