They are moving the focus to Likes and Engagement as opposed to people just watching the channel. Lots of channels are being hurt and if I can pay the staff we'll have to slow down videos as it would just become me again
Thats horseshit and completely idiotic, that pretty much makes sure that only popular channels will remain, survive, and thrive. While small channels get snuffed out.

They wont directly shut it down. But if we dont get a higher engagement they wont feature and suggest us anymore. If the views begin to fall consistently, I cant pay our staff. If the staff isnt paid it goes back to being a hobby channel meaning one per week
