Love your Aga and toast cooked on one is divine. We had heavy hail with a smattering of snow in between which then froze over night. Your traybake looked delicious and all home produce 🎉 I make one with chicken and also put some white wine vinegar in but will try without next time. Christmas tipples are amazing. I’ve Khalua, limoncello and for this year I’ve made beech leaf noyau. It’s so fun to try new recipes. Have a lovely weekend and stay safe in the storm. x
You guys are fast becoming my favourite UA-cam personalities! My only criticism is that we can’t have a daily video! Hehe Just love you guys, please keep doing exactly what you’re doing, though to be fair I think I’d happily listen to you talk about anything! Much love and wishing you all the very best, Stuart, a welsh smallholder! Xx
Oh lovely carrots 🥕 and beets. I do love a good winter stew with some chunky bread. Annie is looking back to her happy self as I think it was Grace came in the kitchen. Oh brr 🥶🥶 it’s wet and cold here and another storm heading our way. Awesome tipple 😂, have a fab weekend stay safe and warm, Ali 🌧️🥶🇨🇦
Hi Tracy. Thank you for your videos. I’ve just bought an instant pot with canning function. Would love an updated video on what foods you can and what jars you use etc. anything pressure canning related. ☺️
Thanks for your Aga info, I would love to have one, we don't have them here. Fruit will be amazing, so will the wine. Trifle Supreme! I live in Canada now, but my heart has never left the 🇬🇧
That looked very appetising Tracy , always a pleasure to watch your video . We had some bad snow here on Tuesday and again last night , its still here now . Roll on summer 🌞.
Moscatel, yummy. Very sweet dessert wine, can use as part of the syrup with pears as well. I always used to keep a couple of bottles of Muscat Beaumes de Venise in for Christmas and have a small glass with my Christmas pudding. There are lots of things you can do with dried fruit apart from chutney etc. Nice one xx
That tray bake looked lovely Tracy. Thanks for the update on the large onions. Minus 6.... wow we rarely get those sort of temperatures. Love the Aga. Hopefully storm Bert doesn't cause any damage x Soup looked fantastic
I’d love to know how you handle rodents? Nobody seems to talk about it but it must be a consideration. How do you cure your produce and then keep it for long term storage? Many thanks
Great video, chic. Lots of 'stuff' covered, very interesting and informative.xx
Thank you lovely lady c
Those carrots looks delicious
Great idea with the roast beet, veg and sausages. I’m going to give it a go, but just hope my veggie sausages will be suitable to roast. 😊
I’m sure they will be lovely!

Lovely video! Are you guys in the north east?
I would absolutely love an aga but our house doesn’t warrant one. Maybe on our next move! X
