- In this Trader Joe's grocery haul from June 2018, I purchase a ton of food and beauty products. There are several new items that were just released that you have got to check out.
I thought people were crazy doing videos on Trader Joe hauls but it has been so helpful to me, so thank you! I had 1/3 of the cauliflower pizza and 4 dark chocolate covered banana slices and I was surprised how good both were. One of my favorite fruits is hard to find, (pluots) and Trader Joes has different combinations of them. I also thought I hated brown rice but I tried the frozen 3 minutes one with the Maderin Orange Chicken and loved it. You are a great marketer for the company and they should be grateful that you are one of their employees. Thanks again.

Love these hauls! I just tried the TJs movie theater popcorn- OMG it is so stinking good! Now I have to go back and get that peony soap, popcorn, and a few other goodies you showed. Thanks for sharing the new goodies.

Katie, your haul wasn't too long. TJ has so many choices and it's easy to miss things, so seeing items close up helps. TY
I tried the chicken less nuggets. I really liked it. I added a splash of fresh orange juice to the sauce. Delish! Love your videos.

The Vegetable Bird's Nests look interesting. We love all versions of the peanut butter cups from TJs! Ohhhhh the berry twists look tasty! I love the soft black TJ licorice. :o) The light string cheese is delicious - great texture and taste.
The name & bottom of the manyberry pie package are adorable.
The key lime pie IS dangerous. So good. The key lime cookies are super tangy and didn’t last long at my house.
That Mediterranean salad mix has my name all over it!! I’ve seen the key lime shortbread cookies for weeks now and it’s so hard to resist (trying to keep healthy in my household too!)

i finally tried the campfire smores bar a week or so ago and i enjoyed it, but i liked it even better with peanut butter smeared on it! i am a huge fan of the rhubarb strawberry soda and so glad to have found it at my local TJs. i am not a lemon fan or i'd try that one. thanks for sharing your haul! i always find something to add to my list. :)

Those veggie bird nests are awesome. TJs used to carry a 2nd type that was all tempura veggies with some bird nests in it too, and it was awesome, but TJs discontinued it years ago. I wish TJs would bring it back.
No lie about the birds' nests. I pop 'em in the air fryer and man, so good, even without the sauce!
I just went to TJ and I love the coconut almonds I keep them in the fridge, also got the mochi green tea and that’s pretty good. Wanted to get the lemon splachcock chicken but it was sold out and the smore bar was sold out 😔

Do you work at Trader Joe's? The Elderflower soda is nice but very tart and sweet! The Diet Hansens orange soda is also very sweet and has 0 calories. You are giving me so many good ideas for new things to try, I am obsessed with TJs -- thanks!

Live in FL - we haven't had TJ's for long but store so small - what you purchased in this haul might fill our entire store.....
I looove those spicy cheese crunchies! I noticed they aren’t reduced fat like the other cheese crunchy and puffs but I still get them.

I hauled that popcorn a week or so ago and I didn’t care for it for some reason. My kids love the peanut bars. Going to look for the ravioli haven’t seen it in my store yet. Ugh and that key lime pie looks good! Great haul!
I’m puzzled that air popped popcorn would have roughly the same number of calories as their regular popcorn.
In Nova Scotia, Canada the recycling deposit is 10 cents per bottle/container.

I got to get the dark chocolate peanut butter cups next time I visit my local Trader Joe. I LOVE peanut butter cups but are they sweet, like Reese peanut butter cups? I hope they are not that sweet. How much sugar is in it per serving? And that coconut cold brew coffee. Anything coconut and peanut butter would give me a joy, and almond too. Need to get those next time. YUM
TJ's sells both dark and light chocolate peanut butter cups. I prefer the dark chocolate ones because they are less sweet and I find the dark choc compliments the peanut butter perfectly. Furthermore, I believe the milk chocolate cups are sweeter.

I have no idea what that is, I will have to look it up. In my experience if you and others write to TJ’s in an email and request items to come back sometimes they do. TJ’s is really good about listening to all customer requests and concerns ❤️
Ooooh, is the Mediterranean style salad kit a new item? We don't have it in Florida, and I cant even seem to find it with google searching. I hope we get it - it seems like California gets a lot of items we dont.

I love just walking around Trader Joe’s, it’s second only to walking around Hobby Lobby. I think I’m the only one that doesn’t like their Orange Chicken, never seen the unchicken one, I’m going look for it, maybe it’s better.

My favorite store, I love everything in it, but I hate that I come back home with so many plastic, boxes.. it fills my trash quick!
I know, same. I try and use the boxes or the plastic clam shells the berries come in for my trash when I cook so I am getting a double use out of it.
glass bottles are cooler :) or get a SodaStream machine to make your own sparkling water

/cucumber juice is amazing, mint ice cream is the best, cauliflower gnocchi is amazing,hummus 7 layer, coconut granola cereal, 2 buck chuck wines, meats are the best quality, lunch meats are great price and quality, I have others that I will share later

Love the haul! I bought so many of those items in my last trip (peony soap, etc.) or already have them (lemon curd, etc.), so that makes me happy that i will have the ingredients for your next recipe, lol. And, others I love that you showed them so now I will try them myself, like the lemon elderflower soda and Key Lime pie. I have been eating the lime cooler cookies. They are good. They remind me of a cookie I used to have frowing up, Lemon Coolers, which I am not sure is still sold or not. But, i will say, I think Lemon Coolers were better. I almost bought the chicken-less orange chicken, but didnt. I dont buy the regular orange chicken because it, and so many other TJ chicken prodects are made with dark chicken, which I dont care for. (Which they had more chicken breast products.) Speaking of wishes, i wish they would make milk chocolate versions of all the dark chocolate products, too, lol. But, i know they do have milk choc pb cups. Havent bought them though bc I like the reese shapes where you get more pb than choc, like the large eggs. Lol, it is about the proportion of pb to choc and I want way more pb than choc....how picky am I? Anyway...thanks for a great haul and video. Loved it.
P.s. based on your rec, I bought one of the peony flower bundles last week and it has been AMAZING. Seriously best cut flower purchase. Just the 5 stems in my white hobnail fan vase have been beautiful for over a week. Hope I can get another bundle.

you had mentioned in a different video that you mix the lemon elderflower soda with alcohol for a Bellini type drink? Can you tell me how you make it? It sounds yummy. Thanks for all your hauls and videos!
Yes, I use the lemon elderflower soda (about 1/2 can, depending on how much alcohol you are adding), squeeze half a lemon and vodka (you could also use gin). It is seriously a great drink!
The Schloss Biebrich is quite delicious. That's definitely my favorite mimosa bubbly. Have you tried mimosas with guava juice instead of orange juice? Amazing!

Looks amazing! What would you say most people spend on their weekly for a two person household? I always spend $60ish at TJ which might be high but I think the quality is worth it compared to others
I can’t speak for others but my family usually spends between $100-$150 per week at Trader Joe’s, unless of course I buy wine. 😜

How do you use the coffee concentrate? I like iced coffees this looks like it would work somehow to make those? Thanks for doing these videos! :-)
There are directions on the bottle, but I always improvise. I pour about 1/2 cup into a glass with ice. I then fill the remainder with almond milk (or your milk of choice). You can also add a splash of your favorite flavored creamer so it’s like an iced latte.

Can you do anything for me regarding getting another store put in my city. We have 1.5M people in the metro Richmond (VA) area and ONE store way out in the West End. Half an hour to get there--so packed-always out of stuff. Cannot handle the volume of customers. Every time anyone asks "no plans to open another store in the next 2 years." So annoying!

When you like where you work sometimes that happens. I worked for Zappos.com and we all said "we." It does sound cultish but ultimately it's nice to see a company that treats their employees so well.
