with a 101 ovr team I have not won a single match and now im in World Class 1. Im thinking of just quitting Manager mode. I have set my crossing to the minimal and all they do is cross. The rewards are good but the mode itself is absolutely stupid. Also, it just seems like the only thing the players in Manager’s mode can do is crossing and through balls

Don't quit yeat I'm a Manager Expert my last seven matches for 2 draws and 5 wins not a single lose so I first need to know your formation and training of
players
Just so you know
LW/RW should have Good Pace 120+
ST/CF should have Good Shooting 120+
CM should have good dribbiling 110+
And also good passing 115+
And decent defending 100+
CDM should have good Passing 110+
And good defending 105+
CAM should have good dribbiling 115+ and good shooting 110+
LB/RB should have Good Pace 110+ and also good passing 105+ and also good defending 115+
CB should have good defending 120+
And good height 180 CM or more
If you have diffrent players in positions I did not mention be welcome to ask and most important tell me your formation

This is good for getting possession of the ball but not for scoring. I recommend to make the position to organised and for defence cover.

@@roton6371bro ive tried this w. a 100 ovr team all players level 20 and my defenders were fucking moving out of the way of the striker or just stopping when they can easily take the striker
