It is kind of worrying that they have chocolates with their branding already on it. I wonder how many they send out to angry customers per week.

Sounds like our issues with Talktalk who we have no choice but to leave because they give even less of a shit

I agree with what you r saying I am with pluse net so far it’s not been to bad I have just recently had the signal drop out on me yes and the half hour phone call to put it right how ever it’s happened again you v knocked the nail on the head I know for a fact there no fibre in my house they (not pluse net more than any one else ) are advertising fibre broadband now I think there a move to ban every provider putting fibre in their adverts unless is fibre that they are delivering any way the point I am making is if open reach are using old cables not replacing the cables then they are getting away with it while pluse net talk talk to name 2 providers are getting the bad press I also get a drop out when the weather is bad I don’t have any answers but I hope someone will look into it and then I might get the answer

We just got a new plusnet box today to replace the old one we were having problems with and it's even worse than the old one. It constantly disconnects, around 10 times during this video. I suppose I'll get some flowers if I complain enough. Urgh

Was thinking of going to plusnet but been with talktalk for years had no issues its an old saying if it aint broke then dont fix it plusnet is 20 pounds cheaper paying 44 pounds for fible large on talktalk i can afford it so dont want to switch and lend up having issues when i have no issues just to save 20 quid. im not in contract with talktalk as long as i give 30 days notice i can leave anytime probably why they dont fuck with me i like having that control over them and i dont have direct debit set up i prefer to do it manually each month with the one off payment option if i do miss a payment my bank doesn't get raped if i did start getting problems i would switch right away.

A Google User honestly it still cuts out... I'm tired of calling them I keep getting fobbed off. I got a call the other day asking me to renew their contract with them, they had the nerve to even ask. as soon as a decent provider comes in the area I'm switching.

To be honest if PlusNet are not able to deliver a reliable service to you I don't think they can hold you to the contract. You might want to run it by Citizens advice bureau first to clarify your position. Regardless of your legal situation and as a gesture of goodwill they should terminate your contract so you can move on. Are you sure the problem won't exist even if you change supplier? To overcome any potential issues you might have after moving see to a new provider check if they will give you a grace period where you can end the contract should you want to if problems persist upon moving? Do you know anyone in the immediate vicinity that has PlusNet and where it is working fine?
