I just heard this but apparently the characters from the Victoria housekeeping faction are based off of monsters. Rina being a ghost, lycon being a werewolf, and corin being frankinstein
And ellen being a shark! They could also be based off of popular horror tropes 💕

Ellen doesnt work part-time at the cafe, she is a member of Victoria Housekeeping (the same group as Lycaon, you can see her on a couch on the Rina trailer, and she's the one mentioning she is the only one able to stomach Rina's cooking), who takes all kinds of jobs from being housemaids/butlers (which Ellen always half-asses to preserve her own energy) to combat missions inside hollows (and in regard to combat, she may be the best fighter of the whole group, only held back by her low endurance leading her to often just fall asleep on the spot after a fight... Some suggest she may have hypoglycemia which would explain why she is always with some candy in her mouth, which is also a way to wake her up if she falls asleep out of exhaustion), and, in that case, bodyguard duty.

I have to say that the music is zenless is literally the thing I just like the most.
I really adore the retro TVs everywhere, gives me Fallout vibes.
Koleda is voiced by Pompom lol. And Grace is voiced by Eula from Genshin...they both did well with their characters.

It's Lycaon as in Lycaon, Ly-kay-un. His namesake is the Arcadian king that was turned into a wolf, where the word Lycan was derived from. Rina mispronounces his name in her trailer.
