Dude what does Shakur having no power got to do with Ryan azz cheating? Is that why Ryan came up dirty because Shakur ain't got no power? Devin got less power than Shakur and Ryan needed to cheat, what does that say about Garcia? I will admit that Bill Haney screwed his own son making him fight Ryan when he knew Ryan intentionally missed weight. Got greedy with that 1.5 million Ryan had to give up for missing weight. Plus he gave Devin a shytty game plan, but that don't give Ryan a pass for cheating. Bill should have called off that fight and made Ryan test, but he got greedy so I ain't crying a river for him either. Devin is the biggest loser in all this even if they give him back his 0. We don't know how the punishment Ryan gave him is going to affect him in future fights and he didn't deserve that. Probably even get Tank a pair of nutz to go fight Devin since Ryan done soften him up some.

At the same token, I don't think Haney was mentally firing at all cylinders. He didn't make any adjustments for that left hook.

Devin is a cheater himself. You cant rehydrate from 140 lbs up to 165 lbs which is impossible to do without using an IV. Devin has been using IVs at least his last 2 fights.
