I completely agree with focusing on the good, finding simple pleasures in life. It is also how I get through difficult times. Thank you for your words and the beautiful video.
I so appreciate when you share your thoughts from your heart. They echo what I feel in my own life now. I have moved to Northern Ontario, Canada and spend much time in the woods and at the lake. Places that allow for deep reflection and gratitude. My connection to sheep and wool and knitting is not the heartbeat I would have anticipated in my life 20 years ago, but here I am, so grateful for the journey and what is to come. Thank you for being authentic and genuine with us.
How did I miss this podcast? Just found it and am also grateful for this body that carries me! I walk every day and if I do not I don't feel well the whole day. As a retired nurse and midwife I know exactly how you feel about babies and birth...beyond wonderful. Thank you for this podcast, it was special to me. Hugs to you.
Thank you, Sofia, for this beautiful, cozy time with you. Mittens make me so happy and I love seeing yours all strung up together. The nature you're in is so beautiful and it's always a good day to be reminded of the joy of the simple things. It's been a very rough day during a very lovely time in my life and your words brought me back to gratitude.
Thank you for sharing your inner thoughts too! "Where thoughts go energy flows" yes, it certainly makes a difference to focus on the present and be curious, grateful, aware, kind. You show all of these and more in your podcast. Such a pleasure to watch your podcast unfold. And I adore the red heart on the mittens! Beautiful. Tack.
Thank you Sofia for taking us along to your beautiful place! It fills my heart with serenity! How do you manage to make time for being in nature with all the demands of today's life in the western world? I admire you for that and I'm definitely inspired to try it. Thank you💚❤💙
Dear Sofia, Our spiritual practice will heal us. We can learn how to think about our problems in our lives and come to understand them much better. For me, though it’s the spiritual practice that brings me peace and expands my soul into magnanimity, courage, and finally forgiveness of myself and others. You are brave to be so open and talk about these things so vulnerably. And you’re right, your gratitude is not naive at all. It’s the gift of grieving in the right way. I so appreciate you. And then the sound of moving water…. Ah! Blessings!

Kära söta Sofia för några år sedan gjorde du underbara Islans tröjor var köper man möntren till dessa ytterst tacksam för svar🌹💕💗❤🌲🐻
I like your leggings a lot. Do you wear them also in town or only in the woods?
