how do I get it to charge battery up to 14.4 I already took it out of automatic mode I put it in user mode but it only charges up to 13.7

My must inverter can work without battery.
How can my inverter wake up from the panels from direct sunshine @ 145volt, when i connect this to the battery and the inverter to the battery instead of the inverter to charge the battery?
if battery don't discharge to empty，and inverter can identify the battery voltage ,when there have pv voltage input，inverter will aoto power on

my PC1800A Series MPPT Solar Charge Controller (60/80A) shows Fault Warning Light in the evening for awhile when there is no more sunlight and then the controller turns OFF . But turns back ON in the morning of the following day when the sun comes out. Is this a problem or is it how it is suppose to function because I have been using it for awhile now????

@@rantoerickrandriaharijaona2228 Yeah... That's how its programmed to work. Instead of using the battery energy to stay ON. It goes OFF instead when there is no more sunlight
