a question how do I do it to play challenges with time because I don't know how to play it
That has to be done in Freeburn mode where you play online. You need at least two people and then the Timed Challenges option will come up in the challenges section of the menu.

I’ve done all challenges how come I haven’t gotten the 10 time challenges trophy
That's strange. Are you sure you did the right ones? They are in their own separate category. If you did than that's weird
