I have to get your books ordered! I absolutely love your videos. I took kombucha and kefir to a older man with cancer. He was bedfast but within a hour he was up in a chair eating! It is a miracle food.

You have a passion and sincerity that you cannot get anywhere else (I'm thinking TV). Keep up the good work!!

It seems to me that Kombucha is loaded with electrolytes. Bone broth with salt in it can do the same thing. I am learning about this to augment my Ketogenic diet. I have gotten off my diabetes meds after 12 or more years type 2 diabetic. Blood sugars are awesome and I have lost 25 lbs in a year. I am thankful for your videos and website. My first foray into fermentation will be with cultured vegetables. Then it will be kefir and kefir water. Thank you again.

Hi Dale! We believe they are one in the same. Jun will look different because of the honey and green tea. But we believe they are both kombucha and both are awesome: www.culturedfoodlife.com/jun-new-culture-or-honey-kombucha-hybrid/

Thanks so much for the information! I didn't think about it until you said about Kombucha helping out with hot flashes. My have pretty much went down to maybe one or two a day! Compared to 10 to 20 a day!

My friend don’t want my advice, they don’t want to try kefir. They just do what the doctor says 🤮

You can do 2nd fermenting with water kefir to make it more flavorful :) But 1st ferment water kefir shouldn't have much flavor depending on the sugar you use This is just one great way to 2nd ferment your water kefir: www.culturedfoodlife.com/recipe/carrot-water-kefir/

I love your knowledge and everything but dang you always talk about yourself and every single video instead of staying on kefir. Draining
