To be honest some of the music on the Halo Sound track is awful as in outright genuinely bad. Some of it is meandering and dull, and some of it is well bad Country and Western. overall there is maybe 20% of each Soundtrack that is genuinely good, and 20% that is terrible and the rest is derivative. Shame but the music gets a rep better than it deserves.... maybe someone needs to make a "worst of Halo music" compilation, or maybe the music just dated poorly like every game after the Halo 2 did.

Absolutely criminal music like this isn't or can't be used in the current tv show. Marty's motifs and themes from Halo carry so much of its soul, it's reverence, carrying the weight of stories, scope and themes that otherwise can't be experienced in a fps. It's crucial.

I miss these days so much staying up 2 nights in a row just making maps as a 9-12 year old with my grandpa as I didn’t have many friends so he was always there for me when I asked to play with somone the scene at the end of h3 reminds me of him thank you bungie
