I would say that the way she moves demonstrates a complete lack of familiarity with wrestling with people. I don't know what training they are given, if any, or what activities this officer gets up to, but it doesn't involve physical interaction with people. Training has to be both realistic and regular, and a genuine assessment has to be made of the officers abilities.

She wasnt a volunteer, she was a trainee on placement to complete her training. She will then go back to Templemore for another 11 weeks training. Give her a break, this could have been her first day. She has no powers so is there in an obzervational role.

The definition of a fight is that two opposing sides make hostile intentions towards each other, the detained person from the very beginning did not fight with the police, but he did not allow himself to be handcuffed, and it only consisted in tying his hands, and the physical weakness of the policemen, and especially the sergeant, did not authorize him to kick a man in the head, no professionalism, if you are a physically weak policeman you shouldn't serve there, that's all.
