Thank you for posting. Currently at Lopesan. The resort is A+ for aesthetics, however, D- for customer service and D- for food as well. The rooms and mini fridges inside are around 75C. The hotel feels humid. Hard to find cold bottled drinks. We came to this resort after watching Coolist’s amazing review. Coolist loves Lopesan a lot. I tend to trusth Coolist becuase he is the master of Punta Cana resorts. He can spends 2-3 months living in different Punta Cana resorts.
I do too. But i was at lopesan for my honeymoon. Worst experience of my life. Honesty only the service. Food is ok but for the price the service is embarrassing. Whe had Issues with our rooms talk to the manager us to change. They were rude every single time to us dated in care that we paid, and we're treated poorly. It was a year ago, they gave us a voucher. After we pushed really hard cause, we wanted to leave the resort early, but they wouldn't refund us this year. We were supposed to use the voucher for 3 free nights. Reach out to the manager. They're saying we made it up and never existed. Even though we have email confirmation. Honestly, I wish more people would boycott this hotel. I understand everyone has unique experiences but I've been to all the luxury hotel in the area and the fact that they care so little about the customer. I find it crazy. I don't care if it's Disneyland I cannot recommend this to anybody because if you're unlucky And have any kind of issues during u s day , they would tell you to f*** off. Wasted money wasted time and they give us false hope. We did not even want it to return that. We wanted to get something back from the money we spend, and they still cheated us
I am traveling with my little daughter and am now terribly concerned about the food quality for her health any suggestions or recommendations of where to eat and what to eat at the resort to be safe please and thanks
Can someone tell me if Lopesan is better than Riu Republic Punta Cana and Royalton Punta Cana. I've been to the Royalton ( which I like a lot ) and to Riu Republica, but never to the Lopesan, thanks. One thing its clear, Lopesan is better for family and people who love tranquility, if you love the noise, go to Riu Republica.

Yeah i was a big fan of him before staying at Lopesan, he lost some credibility from me

Yes Lopesan is better for family's & older couples, its a ghost town by 10pm
