US Secret Service Under Scrutiny After Trump Assassination Bid, Locals Saw "Guy Crawling On Roof"

- An “assassination” attempt on Donald Trump has raised questions about the security lapses at the ex-US President’s campaign rally in Pennsylvania. The sniper reportedly climbed onto the roof of a building near where Trump was speaking at an and fired multiple shots before being killed. The assassination attempt is being called a result of a grave lapse, perhaps the biggest since President Ronald Reagan was shot at in 1981. Questions are being raised over how a gunman managed to open fire at a former president at a rally protected by federal and local law enforcement. An eyewitness told the BBC that Trump’s security was warned about a gunman on a roof “three or four minutes” before shots were fired at Trump.

Rally attendees told the police twice about the man climbing up the wall to the roof with a gun and they just did not take it seriously!

A witness saw and alerted the police and the SS.
Apparently they've been swapping out all the veteran agents for less experienced ones and denying multiple requests from the agents for stronger protection.
It's VERY strange how they ignored the warnings of a suspicious guy.
Local news has atleast one other eye witness who warned police and ss.
There is also footage of people in the crowd panicking in the seconds before and after the shootings.
If it wasn't for this BBC reporter releasing this interview most people would not realize the panic as multiple witnesses warned or knew what was going on.
The internet is a crappy place for getting a clear story.

I have never seen such a blunder in my life! The detail that was protecting Trump should be reprimanded and given some time off to think about this! Had Trump turned his head a different angle we would be mourning anther death. We mourn for the bystanders that died and were wounded. The Secret Service was slow to react and slow to get Trump to the armored vehicle. Don't understand why there was a complete breakdown of protocol??????

And yet the media is full of what a "fantastic, professional" job Secret Service did to get Trump covered and removed to the vehicle. Firstly, he was down behind the podium as soon as it happened, and it took a bit for security to get to him, more time for the others to get there for full coverage. Maybe a real test of merit would have been for Secret Service to have been within arm's reach of him, front and back, as he talked. When Trump is walking from a building to a vehicle, he has Secret Service right there to cover him. I think they were off the platform down on the ground. He was a piece of very accessible bait on a raised platform with no one close, it appeared. As someone pointed out, the camera man was moving faster than Secret Service after it happened, and it's true.

It was the area the local police were in charge of that the gunman was at, he knew to go to that roof specifically outside the ss security zone.
Swing state local police, that is who let this happen, not the ss.
It's painfully obvious and blaming the ss is only going to hinder the investigation when it was corrupt locals who let this happen.
