My opinion it's worth read the court ruling based on the argument. It is turning to be a norm for our courts ruling to be profetionally baised by handing their judgment on parallel facts instead facts direct ti the arguments. I think most of the rulling especially where there is politics they don't show directly that they want to discredit powerful political organization directly because of saving thier reputation but deviate deliberately from the main argument and then give the rulling. They know very well that 95% of the people read read the judgment without comprihantion. We read it and understand the way it is been delivered.
