How to solve your Cadillac Eldorado's alarm system

Trying to restart this Eldorado when the alarm turns on.... So we panic.... And pull some plugs.

How did u disconnect Horn

We where just panicking and didnt know how to stop so we ust pulled the wires from the horn to stop it We didnt know that you just turn the key on the driver side door to stop it
