Personally I would say no. Clubs do have a preference. Mine isn’t as strict as some.

I would definitely dress for the weather but club as well. So I would say, a nice top, fitted jeans, and some heels or boots with heels… keep in mind, you’re the first and last person guest will see when you’re doing the interview.
