As a senior being an experienced cook, cooking oxtails for years you really don't have to season them and let them sit for a whole day you can season them well and you can have it sit for a couple of hours and if you can't that's all right but we take and massage the meat, after we massage the oxtails real good and that seasoning go through those oxtails oh my goodness and then you have your gravy and all and it's cooking with that onion and all the different seasonings and I mean excellent tasting 😋 because back in the day it's amazing how we didn't have much of seasonings that we cook with even our four parents we had salt and pepper and they did have later like onion powder and garlic but our food was still excellent tasting.
So rude and disgusting Cliff. Leave the table and be respectful. Not funny.

Food looks so delicious ❤❤❤ My family is not Jamaican. My mother never cooked oxtails. I had my first taste in the early 2000s, and I absolutely love them. I tasted goat in 2021, and I love it, too, except for the bones. Cliff, happy belated father's day.

As a Brazilian we eat Oxtail at least once a month.. we brine it with only BUDWEISER BEER or red wine and then add it powder of choice overnight. I was married to a Jamaican so I know their style but I never have American oxtail … I never chewed the peppercorn lol . I love sucking on the bones 😂❤
Oh we also add potatoes and potatoes watercress at the end .. so good
