My heart is heavy since I'm mourning the loss of a friend who took his life a few weeks ago. ❤️‍🩹 You don't get to take a break from the pain because it's in you the whole time. Sometimes I try to escape it only to find it in front of me again. I have realized that pain is part of life and that's ok. It's supposed to hurt when you lose somebody you have cared about. But boy do I wish things would have turned out different! My heart goes out to all of you who are in pain right now. I know what pain is.
