This is not Strategy. These are only technical service offerings that could be used as a 'Control'. This is not Strategy or 'Defence in Depth'. If you only used this to develop a Cyber Security Strategy you would have a 20% complete Strategy. You're completely missing People, Process, and Environment (including Physical Security).
