Although I appreciate your efforts here Sir, but being a black belt myself, I can confirm that this trick will NOT always work especially for beginners, as it depends more on the practitioner's strengh here. In most cases, indian girls by natural means do not have that much strength on their wrists. It would be great if you can actually show people the science behind the defense and reflexes. For example, to stop an attack that is circular in motion, you need a linear force to stop that and vice versa. The external or internal defense motion from the centre of mass shall depend on the type of attack. Building such defense reflexes requires to observe the attack dynamics first and then react accordingly. It needs the scientific explanation and hope you shall help people with the same. Thanks...

It is better to train you self to move out of the line of attack. You have to blast his hand out of the line, to avoid any possibility of slash and move out of the way, if you are trained in marshal art you can use your leg or use any nearby available prop. A trained knife fighter is very difficult to get away, use a prope to intensify you attack. Do not try to grab the weapon.

Sir, the techniques taught by you are really very awesome but can only be executed by a trained Martial artist. I think one need to master any of the martial art to deal with any attacking patterns which are often unpredictable. If possible please try to give the basic knowledge regarding strengthening the body and the science behind that martial art and how to sustain courage during any quarelling situation.

Neither we have created a network of martial arts classes in the country nor there are enough well trained MA teachers who teach authentic martial arts. We have completely neglected to make martial arts a part of our life and even in our schools and colleges we have failed to include martial arts in our curriculum. I think one need to master any of the martial art to deal with any attacking patterns which are often unpredictable. If possible please try to give the basic knowledge regarding strengthening the body and the science behind that martial art and how to sustain courage during any quarelling situation.
First you need to learn martial artist and after that this tricks will become handy...

Self defense against knife is not as easy as it seems, the attack pattern of knife attacks are very unpredictable and most of the times would lead either to death or major injuries, the question here is how not to get stabbed but how to escape with having minor injuries. It would be better if women carry non lethal weapons with them.
