3:42 Some Sporting venues need to start doing this. It'd be cool to be able to live in an Apartment, Condo, or even Townhouse or Penthouse style space within a stadium, and be able to step out onto your deck and watch events from. Obviously rent would be WAY more expensive in one of these Stadium Apartments than in a replica apartment that's out in town in it's own building/complex.
That's not a liveable space at all though. And unless you're an insane superfan AND wealthy, you'd be woken up constantly, either by a game, or a concert. They'd need to have some ridiculous next level sound proofing and mobile wall in case the person living in the suite needed the quiet time.
@@timhorton6156 that would likely be no problem at all considering how much it would cost to live there... They'd also either need to convert 2 suites into 1 or partition 1 off to include a bedroom. The single size would likely cost $75k a month and the double would be about $125k a month.
looks to me to be a "360 degree video camera on a selfie stick" he is shooting the footage from. i love the possibilities the "insta one x2" delivers and hope to purchase one soon
Because the city would not need an nfl stadium because it would complete with outdoor concerts at At&t park. And a stadium used for 8 games a year is not a good investment.
You know one thing about New Stadium all this new stuff and you could not come to make a deal to keep the Oakland Raiders in Oakland or in California period. that why they look good in Las Vegas LV Raiders ALL THE WAY
Insisting on adding the names of the banks or whatever firms help finance stadiums and arenas is so annoying... Why not name them something relevant to the team, city, or area and put "by Chase" or something similar in smaller letters underneath? We don't need or want to be reminded of the rampant commercialization and consumerism when we're trying to enjoy our lives.
You can do that, sure...but if someone offers you $20 million a year just to slap their name on your arena, I think you'd do it too lol (as a business perspective)
It nice but the warriors didn’t want to move only there owner the team wanted to stay in Oakland and the old stadium hade more life this stadium is more fancy the old stadium is more wild and the warriors is also more wild so they should have stayed!
Out of all of the nba home arenas this was so modern and the best!
Not anymore..... 2nd best. Actually, I like the Kings arena as well
Such a gorgeous building
Overpriced dump

The rogers centre in Canada is where the blue jays play and they rent out rooms there!!!

Regarding urban planning, this arena is a MAJOR improvement.
This should only be used for Warriors games.
It looks more like the world's largest chase bank than a basketball arena.
F. Joel Price ummm no
@Abdikarim Abdi I think it looks fine how it is
Great building
Lmao, I now understand why everyone is saying this arena is just gentrification
Looks great
they made it smaller to make it more exclusive so they could jack up prices to extract money from willing tech bros
Looks like an updated version of American Airlines Arena in Miami.
Yeah no
Hi..last night..warriors games not coming thru in 95678..roseville ca
The best chase center
I might see a game here when I visit the Bay Area to see my aunt in law

This is where Starfleet HQ will be located in the future.

Wow!
The City will spend the $$ to steal the Warriors from Oakland, but wouldn't pay a dime to keep the 49ers...smh
Because the city would not need an nfl stadium because it would complete with outdoor concerts at At&t park. And a stadium used for 8 games a year is not a good investment.
As far as i know its fully private funded.
As much as I hate Chase the city didn't pay anything. They didn't pay anything for AT&T Park either.
SuperNintendawg it’s a nice arena I don’t know what to hate.
Remember it was the San Francisco Warriors before moving to Oakland
Warriors is rich 💪💪💪

ya'll basically bit off miami and the aaa where the heat play =)
Ofc I build chase o center in mc how I think it looks like and I find this

Porque tem uma bandeira do Canadá na Arena?

I trying to figure out which man is more attractive. They are both so handsome.

I think the 2022 title run is starting to gain momentum for Chase Center.
Better watch out for the homeless crazy people when you go to SF for a game
Capsforever Great8 there is none in this area the neighborhood is brand new and safer.
A place where the real fans of that franchise can never come and aren’t welcomed. The tech industry ruined that city.
BRING WWE WRESTLING EVENTS HERE
The Chase Curse....last place Warriors
That was until 2022.
The Romans would be jealous.
Meh
Jealous ?
The Senior Vice President sells the stadium well, but there's almost zero expression in his face to match the things he says.
that's just how ppl in bay area are lmao
