Retired School Buses Parade HISTORIC

These are the school buses that were at the Spring Fling 2018 at the Museum of Bus transportation. ( Except the first bus, that is not a school bus) You will see some Crown School buses a Thomas Saf-T-liner and some international conventional school buses

That old late 40's GM Bus was what my local bus company used for school buses back when I was in high school in the late 70's. Federal standards toughened up in the early 80's and all those kind of former transit buses could no longer be used to haul School children since they weren't very safe to begin with.

Yes I Road Thomas built buses when I was a kid but my area we didn't have crown school buses so I never actually rode one

I own the second Crown that went through in this video. It's a 1988. The first one in the parade is a 1990. The 1990 was retired from service in June of 2017; my 1988 was just taken out of service this past December.
