In this video, you can see the all coastline of the Limassol city, 11 kilometers long. The video was filmed on a weekday morning in July 2020. The drone will fly over all the beaches and hotels, from (the most beautiful in my opinion) Amathus Hotel to the elite Limassol Marina cottage complex. You will see not only beaches, but also nightclubs, discos, parks and skyscrapers under construction in Limassol.

Whoever started this ENOSIS idea, they simply did not want to share the island. All the following was complete reckless ideas; i) ENOSIS, ii) the way the British empire controlled the situation and, iii) turkey invasion. Whether all this was avoidable? THERE WAS NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON WITH THE QUALITIES TO AVOID THIS. Lots of innocent people (cy turkish, cy greek, british) lost their lives. Survivors had to start from scratch. Who is suffering now??

Nice video! But I got dissaponted because you naned Limassol Old Port (9:21) as a Limassol Marina - which actually starts after a blue building (from 9:39). Many people does this mistake and because of this some people think that seen Limassol Marina while never get passed Old Port.

How can I get a permission to perform such flight?
You need to get a license to use a drone. ))
@@CyprusScope I have it.
To fly within city area and/or above the crowd, special permission is needed for one-time performance.
Also, flying out of line of sight is prohibited, according to the license.
Thats why i thought you've got a special permision to perform such a flight once.
It is better to request a flight permission for a specific flight because (i think) you will get an insurance for that day and you will be covered (as well as the rest of us) if something goes wrong.
Please be aware that in case of incidents, all the drone community will suffer, because there may be more restrictions on drone usage.
It is a great video shot, however we must learn how to fly safely, comply to the rules and promote safety. Thank you!

I agree with you. Everything must move forward. 2-3 more skyscrapers and Limassol will become very similar to Honolulu. Beautiful green embankment with developed urban development. I hope it will be very good!
