A lot of times, it's easier said than done. When I'm saying no to invitations and opportunities, I used to often find myself apologising even when there's really nothing to be sorry about not being free. These days, I try to be more mindful about how I decline things. So, I'm sharing some of the things I learned the past couple of years from diplomats, psychologists, and life coaches.
