Have you ever checked the trans.oil temp. Gauge? After pushing limits for some time mine is coming just under the first warning line the orange paranthese?
XLT Ranger is great value for money. It's even better equipped than the flagship rival models, for far less. They, especially the toxic hilux cult, is quick to say it's not as reliable and will bash Ford and it's owners every chance they get... But the reality is, the GD6 Hilux is the worst one ever, and the Ranger has proven to be very reliable with a proven engine and the 10spd is probably the best gearbox ever to exist now that it's been updated. And build quality of Rangers from South Africa is the best in class by far
Ford is just good to be honest it's ride quality it's just superb ❤
Good review, and shout out to mentioning Baboons Pass, as a Mosotho that's appreciated. Small details.
So should I consider a previous gen ford 2.0 sit xlt 4x4 or should I rather go for a previous gen amarok or hilux?
