This album is a lot different from the first because instead of focusing on the technical guitar riffs, the main focus is the harmonies and melodies in this album.

Hell yeah, Suicide Season is more metalcore album than the Count Your Blessings which was deathcore album, but this album also has some deathcore elements, so they were experimenting with the sound, this is why I love it. Really enjoyed your reaction, bro!!!!!

oli uses the same vocal style as Sam Carter of Architects, BMTH and architects are very similar and have toured together since they started, definitely check out "Architects - C.A.N.C.E.R"

Definitely top on the top of my list of BMTH songs.
I watched an interview where they talked about this, and oli said there was no reason fir the predator and other characters being in the video. They just cane up with it for a laugh, andbthe producer laughed and said, aure why not,its funny.. please react to them doing the cover of Billie eilish, when the party's over. It really shows off their Vocals on the opposite end of the scale. GrEAt reaction
The screams on this album are quite different from the Count Your Blessings one, you notice here and there that he still did some growls and high pitch screams (6:30 to 6:47), but it's not that common on this album. Here he mainly uses the ''yelling scream'' (7:46 to 8:04) (which he used on the CYB too, but maybe like 5% of the times ahaha). This one is more melodic, and CYB was more ''riffy'' for guitar. Just a reminder, you have to react at least to Diamonds Aren't Forever and Chelsea Smile, those 2 are almost the anthems of SS!!
I really hope you continue to react to all their albums like you did with Linkin Park, because their path of change to where they are now is awesome to see. Also, their 4th album Sempiternal is, in my opinion, not only their best album but also a complete masterpiece overall

Biggest difference between this album and Count Your Blessings is Oli starting to use his yelling vocals (which makes him stand out imo) which is my favorite thing about his vocals

The music video is just a depressed guy being depressed was the way Oli explained it in some interview, it doesn't have that much to do with the song other than being about depression
