Hey hunnie, you can def use dry shampoo as a personal choice, I never have on my Morgan. She doesn't really have a high luster either. I did use sally hansen spray but honestly it leaves a shimmer, is a mess/can get everywhere. My liquid foundation does the job for me. I use concealer in whatever part i have, topped with foundarion powder on top to set.
