@@shanedoesyoutube8001 Only in terms of singing. Wolpis Carter's speaking voice is nowhere near feminine as opposed to Zhou Shen. IMO, Zhou Shen has the advantage of his voice already being naturally feminine (doesn't make it any less impressive though!), while Wolpis Carter was able to go that high and make his voice sound more feminine (which are two different things, because you can go high and still just sound like masculine person who simply has range, like Dimash).

"Unawakened dream" is not created for hoyofair it was created for birthday (4th anniversary). there is process to submit a video for hoyofair only submitted videos will be featured is hoyofair channel but "unawakened dream" video creator didn't submit his video. (Sharing some knowledge lol)

Amazing patch yet again!! The only thing I found sad was the amount of vids where the characters had guns. However, Alhaitham was present much more then last year!!
Some characters have guns in the game, tho??
@@ManiacalBlueberry Just over a year ago, there were no characters with guns in game and yet a few were added in Hoyofest then. Today, we have a couple of characters with them. This however seemed to have sparked multiple episodes and multiple characters to carry them in this Hoyofest. I just find it sad as different weapons (bow, sword etc..) could be used instead.

Great Hoyofair, but imo last year was better
I hate all the ones that are just a song with standard music video choreography with Genshin character skins used as the dancers. Way too common for neither the lyrics nor the animations to use the character's story and personalities.
Posting this after the egregious Eula/Yelan/Raiden/Yae/Mavuika song at the start, but IIRC there were others in this and previous Hoyofairs.
The song is original, it still takes a lot of skill and a long time to design, choreograph and animate the whole thing. MMDs aren't my thing either, but I 100% appreciate the talent and skill behind it.
@@ZephyrBluePaddy It has nothing to do with Genshin though. The band basically did the minimum, got paid by Hoyo, and got their song shown/advertised on a huge platform. It may as well have been an old song they recorded and just did a barely Genshin-themed MV.
@@omerpockard7212 it was made for hoyofair, using Hoyo characters. The last Lure mmd was part of a storyline hoyofair showed with a few different creators etc.
It's okay not to like it, but you also wouldn't find Clorinde riding a motorbike through red lights or under a truck....
@@ZephyrBluePaddy you're technically correct - but the only connection to Genshin this video has is the character models. There aren't even references to the game personalities beyond the very very basics of how the character moves in-game (swagger, kind of).
It's not a bad song, but it has no place in a video celebrating Genshin Impact fan creations.
@@omerpockard7212MMD is a form of fan content as well. also, there was still work put into making character models, creating songs, and an overall storyline. this is a literally a way of celebrating the game. you can not like it but show some respect.
