I love a 400 grain arrow with three blade fixed head. I’m getting 14.6 FOC. Been using this on whitetail & antelope with great results for years. I get 287 fps which is an optimum speed for my style of hunting. I love spot/stalk better than stand hunting. But, a stand hunt ambush is very satisfying too. Great filming and an awesome hunt you guys had. 👍👍🏹. I gave up deer hunting with a rifle many years ago except for coyotes that kill our calves.

@@pedroampuerohunting Pedro, there’s no way I’m giving a world class hunter like you any advice on hunting or hunting equipment. I was merely telling my set up. It’s mainly for whitetail deer on my farm. Hopefully a coyote or several and wild pigs.

Excellent video! In my experience, tooth wear is the most reliable indicator of deer age. A great age identification guide is published by the Best Practice Guidance on the Management of Wild Deer in Scotland. Keep up the great content!
