The meaning of the song "blue hair" by TV girl, actually means cutting out your childhood, the blue hair represents your Childhood, child interests, etc. This is bc in one of the lyrics, it says "she's getting older, i guess its time to cut her blue hair off" and another lyric that states "and i guess, i'll just miss her, even tho she isn't even rlly gone" that lyric represents how parents can miss the Old you, after you go into puberty,this whole song is portrayed to be from a parents perspective.
