This is a reliable vacuum cleaner. The suction for carpet or hardwood floors is great! It also performs well with pet fur and the bag-less design makes cleaning this vacuum simple! It's apparent that a lot of research and development went into making this vacuum. The assembly out-of-the-box was simple and straight-forward. There are a minimal amount of parts to fail or break on this vacuum. I like how the power cords wraps externally! That's one of those small points of failure for other vacuums. I can't imagine spending more for a vacuum. This vacuum performs well and the price is very reasonable! Mine is still running strong with issue! For a vacuum, dishwasher, laundry machine or refrigerator, that is an incredible feat!

Freakin awesome vacuum cleaner for $150. Used it on so called "professionally cleaned" carpet before I moved it. Had to empty it twice before I was done. Pulled every thing hiding under the carpet.

Yeah just bought one. In the first step the cannister would not snap on and lock onto the agitator piece. Have to send back. Keeerimeni.

I never wanted a bagless vacuum for fear of dust flying all over the place when you go to empty it. I was greatly surprised to find that that is not the case at all🌼 Plus, I love the suction, the small size and the fact that you can break it down even smaller to make it portable when using the tools.
The design is great! I love how Shark only has a minimum amount of parts to break. I wish that Shark make kitchen appliances :)

that was a heck of a ADVENTURE. my mom needs a new vacuum. they all seem like too much gadgetry to me...I'm a shop-vac user. Thats my extent of knowledge

The cable looks short, how long is it? I want one with 20 feet. After all this time how did you make out with it? Did the lock down of the lift away last to lock it in place? I had retractor cord lasted until the vacuum died 3 years. If they stop working you open it up and stretch it out and rewind it tight again and the button for it will work again. Tis a online UA-cam video how to fix. I happen to come across it while looking at reviews, but mine lasted and didn't need to fit it. Nice not to have to wrap a cord. Well I did a search on you using this vacuum and there was none.
I had more fun looking at you then the cleaner, why I say that your really funny you should have been a comedian. Good job, I'm like you I refuse to read manuals.

bud at 3:25 you can see where to hook the hose right below the red on off switch on the back urs was just upside down i even figured that out before u lol
