The goldmine of these globetrotters seminars keeps growing. Very nice class again, love the teaching style of Francesco. There is an intelligence in all these Globetrotters teachers that is very apparent; really dig it.
This is a total goldmine. Sadly lot of folks at my gym do not know nor care about this stuff. I love that globetrotters has so many world renowned and some less known but profound grapplers and instructors! Thank you christian for all your hard work and your vision!
Fantastic Closed Guard seminar! You can tell that Octavio Coutu is a huge influence on these details. Rolled with a number of students of his in the past. All of them employed the details found here. They were all excellent.
Amazing " postura " perspectives, and remember this " no gi, no problem ". Simples and easy to understand concepts, shoulders above the hips line, toes pointing for direction, knees pinching, etc etc, great stuff, thank you.
This video is full of great details , and Francesco is a very gifted teacher. He explains the concepts and techniques using simple terms, and he really put it together well in this seminar. There are so many important details and concepts that I re-watched this over again right after the first pass. I would love to see him teach more from different positions as his teaching style really agrees with my learning style. Just the right amount of detail and talking. Please make an instructional Francesco! I will definitely buy it! Thank you for posting this!!!
I have a stained big toe that has been bothering me for months. Doesn't seem to go away. Any recommendation for how to avoid seal feet without making my toe worse? I was in closed guard and my coach told me to go up on my toes. I went up on my toes and immediately got knocked over. Very unstable for me. Because of my size, seal feet is very stable compared. But I know it is bad in principle.
Hi, right now I think that the inward tension is a more important element then being on your toes, although I can definitely see your problem. I think you should try play more with angles, having one leg up and posted, and stand up as soon as possible. Let me know if I can help you better!
That toes turn is absolutely insight for me. It makes sense for so many moves. Thank you. Oss
i love the way he says postura. lol. its 👌
Francesco is a great teacher because he knows how to break everything down in the most simple way. From mystery to clarity ✌
