اس بارے بہت خوبصورت اور علمی بات حضرت مفتی سعید پالنپوری رح نے اپنی درس ترمذی میں بیان کی ہے. وہ یہ کہتے ہیں وہ عبادت جو اصل نہ ہوں بلکہ کسی عبادت کو کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہو انکے لیے نیت کا ہونا شرط نہین. کیونکہ وہ اک عبادت کے ماتحت ہیں. لیکن جو اصل عبادت ہے جیسے نماز اس میں عبادت کا ہونا شرط ہے. یعنی وضو خود عبادت تو ہے لیکن وہ کسی اصل عبادت کی وجہ سے ہے. اس لیے اس میں نیت کا ہونا شرط نہین.
اگر بات سمجھ میں آجائے تو مفتی سعید صاحب رح کے درجات کے دعا ضرور کیجیے گا. وہ بہت صاحب علم و صاحب فراست تھے.

نیت کا کیا طریقہ ؟؟
Niyat ka koi khaas thariqaa nahi, bas zehan mai khial karai, matlab wazu ka niyat lana kai wazu kar raha hu... Matlab jab hum nimaz kayliay kartai waha niyat already hu jatei... Ess kai elawa aam halat mai wazu ka khial... Niyat yhei... Baqei kuxh halat mai yei nahi huta, bas woo jaghei doo jatei, thu oss sei bei wazu hu jata, baghair niyat kai
دل میں نیت کرنا یا زبان سے کہنا
کہ میں وضو کر ہاہوں نماز پڑھنے کے لیے یا پاکی حاصل کرنے کے لیے

کیا وہ سارے کا سارا امام صاحب کے نام پر ڈالو گے؟
انہوں نے اپنی استطاعت بھر جو دین کی خدمت کی ہے
اللہ اس کا اجر دے
اور غلطیوں سے در گزر فرمایے۔ آمین
لیکن احناف نے وہی کام کیا ہے جسکا ذکر اللہ نے قرآن میں کیا ہے

کیا احناف غلو کے درجے میں امام صاحب کو اس حد تک بڑھا کر
اس آیت کے مصداق تو نہیں بن رہے؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
