The coaches didn't LET him. Tua did that all on his own. He is taught to slide. Let's be honest. No coach should even have to tell him to slide. He's an adult. He is a professional. He is paid big money to be on the field, not sit on the sideline in street clothes. He needs to make the right decisions. He has proven over the years that he cannot make good decisions. Like the time in Preseason he ran downfield and hit a defender without the ball because he threw an interception. Hit the defender hard. Didn't even have the ball. This is preseason and he's playing with reckless abandon. Like the time in college, Alabama was up 35-7 vs. the football powerhouse Miss State and he convinced the coach to leave him in the game. Two plays later, through his own fault 100%, he got a career-ending injury and never played another snap for Alabama. The look on Saban's face... In 2022, two concussions within 4 days. The first vs. the Bills on Sunday. The second, 4 days later vs. the Bengals. Left him lying on the field with his fingers locked up. He was carted off the field on a gurney. He makes bad decisions. Fact.
If Tua is to be allowed to keep playing, I'd make him sign a legal document that prohibits him and his family from suing the Dolphins, the owner, and anyone connected to any decision making regarding Tua's medical condition. Some kind of liability waiver. This likely isn't going to end well for Tua down the road. Hopefully, he's fine, but that's highly suspect at this point.
Brady is on a contract with Fox for $375 Million for 10 years. Not only can't he do it for breach of contract, but he wouldn't. He makes similar money to playing, but he doesn't have to do interviews, sit through long practices, study the playbook, look at film, take care of his body, workout, do rehab, help the younger players, discuss plays with the coach, work with his receivers, and so on. He sits in air-conditioning and talks a little with a mic about football. EASY MONEY.
There's no way tua will retire he's a warrior and it pisses me off when the sports media and these so called experts talk shows say that tua is soft I'm rooting for tua and I wish him a speedy recovery and I believe that with him healthy Miami will be the afc beast
The problem is if the team allows him to continue, the responsibility will be pointed at them if something bad were to happen from the concussions on the field.. the NFL will take huge backlash again
Tua should retire. That's what's best for him and also what's best for the team. It's the only way the team gets off the hook for all that gauranteed money Grier so irresponsibly gave him. But he's too selfish and greedy. He and the team have insurance that will compensate for the lost salary. Do what's best for everyone involved Tua and call it a day. THEN, they need to fire Chris Grier and McDaniel and rebuild properly with people that know WTF they're doing.
Hello needs to retire stop playing football 🏈 his career is over plain and simple people are saying it time to retire tua great job but time to think of your family not football 🏈 the team needs to sign trey lance ok get ride these QBs that are done
Tua can't take a hit he's weak facts 💯 time to move on he got all that money & now he's true color's coming out he don't got the Mojo never did never will he was all about the money I'm not going to sugar colt it he's weak
Dude it’s one freaking game. Tua is hurt. Give the man a break! Are you a fair weather fan or are you a fan at all?! Sure doesn’t sound like it to me. Praying for Tua. The team will be ok, but he needs to get better. Have a heart dude.
@@sandrabrannon1547 no it’s 35 years of a terrible organization and nothing but loosing and yes Tua sucks u can’t throw the ball to the other team every chance you get and he’s to small and fragile nfl should retire him before he does on the field
@@christophermccullough6221 I’ve been a Dolphins fan since I was 7 years old. I am now 63. I’ve seen great teams, history making teams and teams that couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. The team not only comes down to the players but the draft! Our greatest need was for OL help and none was drafted. Could you make great plays running for your life or lying on your back? If the team doesn’t work together, if there are constant distractions no team is going to win. Tua puts his all into every game and that’s all he can do. Take a look at the coaches, play calling and lack of appropriate OL help. No OL, you can’t run or throw the ball. Take a look at Vince Lombardi’s teams. He didn’t draft stars he drafted players with guts, heart and the determination to win. Miami has the players in place in some positions, we just need to continue to work on the deficits.
Tua is not a bright guy when on the field, first of all, he had no reason to do what he did when he already had a 1st down, the same thing happened in Alabama with his injuries and the same thing happened in the NFL with his previous concussions.
@@Smfins Herbert would have done much better than TUA with last season’s offense . Flores wanted Herbert because he knew Tua was injured prone and sucked.
They should have went out and signed or traded for Joe Flacco. That might have made them a Super Bowl contender. Flacco throws a great deep ball and could get Hill and Waddle really going.
The fans in Miami deserve b4tter. Fire GM Grier, and Brian Flores was right. Haven't won a playoff game in 24 years. Nice as Tua probably is, it doesn't win games. They should have drafted Justin Herbert. Owner Stephen Ross wanted Tua. And this is why the fins can't get back to a championship!!!
This Garropolo thing is fake news
Lies he did not sign. Why use click bait lol it’s just stupid
That's why I gave it a thumbs down & reported as misleading.
Misleading title, terrible video, trade hasn't happened. Definitely not following.
Dosent take a rocket scientist to know he should retire omg. Randy’s comments were the best too
SLIDE, SLIDE, SLIDE. What was all the martial arts for???
Waste of time. 🙄
Well we all know jimmy G will get you to the playoffs maybe the superbowl in the right offense
😂
Why do they allow Alex Smith to talk 🤦🏾♂️
Bring back Dan Marino, he’s tougher and way smarter to play than Tua
Coach, McDummy, you have gamble your future with Tua and it's going to kick you in the ass.
😂Coach McDummy! I agree, McDummy will get fired, if Tua remains QB.
Why is Tua running so much when if he gets one more concussion he’s done he plays so reckless and stupid on my opinion
I'll support trading for any QB at this point as long as the package we send over in the deal includes Stephen Ross, Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel.
Jimmy should be good for a handful of games. Better to develop younger QB w/Jimmy as fallback.
GAROPPOLO IS HAPPY IN LA WITH RAMS HE DONT NEED TOO GO TOO MIAMI
Tua is a great QB, but he also is a glass cannon. He just can't take a hit. Lose him, and get another QB
How can a great QB have a weak arm , and unable to take a hit.
Why did he lead with his head ? Why did the coaches let him lead with his head ?
Trying to be a BIG BALLER like DOLPHIN DADDY Josh Allen.....

At Least Tom Brady is Not Signing with the Dolphins. By the way, He did a nice job in today’s broadcast on Fox.
Dolphins would need to be stacked at every position except QB to even consider, similar to Tamper Bay when he signed up.
Brady is on a contract with Fox for $375 Million for 10 years. Not only can't he do it for breach of contract, but he wouldn't.

So they're going after a QB that can't take off and run if need be and that is constantly getting hurt. 🤦🏾♂️
🙄
They're not signing Garoppolo
Dolphins need to go get another QB
Duh! lol
We need Ryan Tannehill🎉
He’s washed up. Would make a decent back up.
Tannehill is 36 years old and would get clobbered behind this offensive line
T u a he needs to be thinking about his family not know Miami Dolphins😮
Dolphins thinking of sending Dallas Cowboys a #1 pick, and #2, and a player(rb) for Dak Prescott.
Gets Jerry off the hook but bankrupts Dolphins future 😢
Very simple equation...Tua not Born to be a long complete quarterback ....
Go get a quarter back. From day 1 I thought chosen Tua was a mistake.
Mike McDaniels looks like a madden player

Garoppolo, guaranteed one interception a game. Ask SF.
Rodriguez Cynthia Lee Sandra Robinson Daniel
Tua wasn’t build for NFL he just too soft he lack of toughness .
What does lack of toughness have to do with concussions tua has played through many injuries
the Rams will give them Bennet and a half dozen donuts

Flores is right tua don't have a strong heart and mind for the games.

Takes more than a QB , ever heard of Dan Marino
Herbert gets hurt a lot to the whole draft class has been hurt
Thank god it’s fake I was gonna say nice get an injury prone qb to back up an injury prone starter makes sense
That coach for Miami he lives or dies on Tua because they owe him 120, million guaranteed and he will be long gone before they bail out of this one
I am blocking this shit
Tua is not a great qb he only has a great receiver core he need to let it go
Sam Howell would probably be best
Sam Howell is a Seahawks.
Is this really happening? We are getting Jimmy?
No
TUA your career and future is RETIRE NOW. Care for SON and WIFE. You know life is to short.
