My recipe for protein pistachio pudding:
*1 Core Power Fairlife Protein Shake Vanilla
*14 grams Sugar Free Instant Pistachio Pudding
*2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Dump everything in a bowl and wisk until fully combined. Place in fridge until ready to serve. Recipe serves 2=154 calories/7.7 net carbs/14.7 grams of protein
