Only problem for RR is we dont have any proper back up players.
Last year also that was the issue. When Jos bhai had to go back we were shuffling to find another opener.
This year, almost all our batters doesnt have any back up and thats my only concern.
Shouldnt have spend more than 3.5 on Thusar.
Ethier get him at that rate or get another two players for that 6.5 Cr. Dheshpande was overpriced.
Also with the retention Parag and Jurel together costed us 28 Cr. Should have been 20-25 Cr max.
And then we would have had another 8-3 Cr
plus
Thushar's 6.5 to 3. Total 6 to 14 Cr.
Retention hurt us but still we managed well.
But Thushar's bid was bit too much and that gave us a lil dent. Hope he performs well and we dont have any injuries or dip in form from anyone throughout the season.
