The big and obvious favoritism her mom shows towards Pistachio, honestly hurts. However, even with the favoritism, the mom still disapproves of Pistachio's preferred name, and wish to not be a, uh... beast of the night like her.
I mean, most parents would disprove of their kid just going by a different name other then the one they gave them at birth. That shit will hurt the parents.
@N .B Names should not be what you identify as. And if were gonna be real here. A name like Pistachio would cause more harm in a social situation then a name like Hubert. More jokes about you can be made which will do more damage to the mental wellbeing of the child. Pistachio is great and adorable but why do you think kids are given normal names generally?

And I think we also saw Yuki's yakuza dad in Sircutieyuki's Daycare time-leap series and Monster high school series and then I think he was mentioned in Sircutieyuki's Akuma Academy series.

It must be really painful seeing someone being taken away from you after all you did was try to care and protect them. And I mean....that’s why there are people called counselors they’re important when it comes to a school setting because they could act as someone to talk to when times are tough in their life’s. 🙃

I feel bad for them, but equally worried about that they might interrogate Davis and Shizu because if Pistachio was staying their the whole time they probably would want if investigate for legal reasons and I don’t want to upset anyone but I don’t think Shizu could hide the fact that they know when Shizu already on thin ice as it is.

Okay I just realized something. Yuki's mother sounds awfully similar to the voice in the nightmares Kane caused. It's probably a coincidence of voice acting, but it may be more. This series is very good at pulling punches, so this may actually be important.

Lots of the MHO storylines are interesting and have slowly been built up over the past few months; but this is probably the most emotional episode I’ve seen so far.
The storylines are beginning to merge. Kol and Yuki are now connected because they both witnessed the other's probably lowest point-
This episode is so sad at the end so at the center when your laughing it feels so uncomfortable later
I really hope things will turn around for both Yuki and Ana
This made me cry so much because I can sorta relate to Yuki and Pistachio, and I seen many close friends go through the same thing. But I love this episode even though it was sad at the end. (Love your work Yuki 👍)

I see a lot off people being mad at Avion but the reality of the situation is that Yuki isn't capable of taking care of both herself and pistachio. Yes it sucks to see the system rip families apart but there is no good option in such a situation. Things could have gone better but that isn't Avions fault or even Yukis for losing her temper. If you want to blame some blame Yukis mom. She put way to much on a kids shoulders and that isn't right.
The truth of the matter is that I could rant for hours but all it comes down to is that life and certumstances can suck and sometimes there is no right thing to do.
Yknow I totally agree with this it came to a point where yuki had to shoulder all of the responsibility of taking care of a child at such a young age but then again I’m still mad at how this whole thing was handled like I’m just sitting here like....did Avain legit call social services right in front of her knowing very well this would only upset them more yuki even offered for them to call a parent they could have at least talked to the mom before all of this and also yuki may have broke the rules on this one but her heart was set in the right place and it wasn’t like they were bothering anyone 😔💔and ngl the officers attitudes were totally not helping at all in this situation.

with the whole calling right in front of them there were few options. We don't know what the other teachers were doing. Ronin and database were probably running themselves ragged with the stuff that has happened, we don't know what Kowalski can do so that would leave possible help with moodswing and Venus. He wouldn't likely call Venus for obvious reasons and well he probably should have called moodswing but at the end of the day he didn't and he couldn't leave them due to the fact that they likely would have run.
As for calling her parents I don't know why the social workers didn't try nor why Avion wouldn't at least try. That should be normal procedure.
