something pretty cool i noticed that shmee didn't mention, around the 13:35 mark, when he is activating the "sun protection" button and it starts moving all the shades at once, they move on the tablet in real time. pretty cool touch that BMW didn't have to add, but its nice that they did.
my e46 charges its key whenever its put in ignition...its a 2002 model without even keyless entry that cost me around 4,5k€.... you dont have to be rich for that
At the moment (in February) , the temp in Abu Dhabi at night is around 20 deg C. This is far above what we (northern Europe) usually have at night in Summer. I consider a heated seat comfortable when the temp is below 0 deg C. But it is interesting, how the perception is different, and the 'human operating temperature range' and comfort zone varies from region to region.
My BMW 750 came with all sorts of functions that I never explored or were very difficult to use. The I Drive thing. One day I pushed the wrong button and my girlfriend was fired upwards via ejector seat and I traveled back in time to the day before I purchased the car. The 7 series BMW cars are tanks. I sold my 750 4 years ago. The driver ended up getting into an accident. A T-bone. He had the right of way and a Ford 150 had pulled in front of him. The 750 plowed right through the truck. Completely separated the truck bed from the cab. The 750 was still running, damaged, but it was still technically capable of being driven. The driver of the 150 only survived because of timing. Most of the 750 hit the back of the truck. The Ford driver had serious injuries. A broken back, a skull fracture and multiple lacerations. The person I sold my 750 to? He had a concussion and a small cut on his hand. He got the cut from trying to help the 150 driver. The 750 needed serious repairs. $40,000 worth. It wasn't worth it. He sold the car to a company that buys cars for movies. Destruction scenes, chase scenes, do away cars. They gave him a good price for it. Even if you did put it back on the road, you really never know whether the frame is straight or not. I've since moved to an Infiniti Sedan. Which, in my humble opinion, is on the same level of any European car in that price range. BMW, Mercedes or Audi. It's not a 750, Nissan hasn't made a Sedan that powerful yet.
My heart skipped a beat while he was backing it up with the key. I was like stop, stop, STOP! It was mad close to the curb. Lol. Thank you Tim for taking 5 years off my life. XD

Cadillac actually had a night vision display (windshield) ten years ago. I sat in it at the Toronto Auto Show. It was a concept car. It looked like CIEN, but it wasn't. They never put it into production.

7 series cars are my favorite ones. Like I get it that they are not "true" drivers cars but they are the best for long haul driving. I usually drive older executive cars just for this reason. Usually very large cars and so on.
Why was the Wraith's 6.6-litre twin turbo V12 detuned for use in the M760Li so it makes 602 hp for the pre-facelift cars instead of the Wraith's 624 hp?
This is an Amazing car...the M-car 7series with the V12 engine outstanding amount of professional technology and performance.. This Beast is as good as my E63sTechnology 612bhp 850nt and mine too with remote parking pilot on my phone but the keyfob doing the parking is super kool . The Truth I’m based in Los Angeles as well and have been in both cars. The E class interior feels like a Toyota compared to the 7 series, not a fair comparison, but you’re the one suggesting it. Way cheaper materials in the E as well, but it makes sense as the car is way cheaper. As I said, the S class is comparable to the 7 series, and that’s it.
The Truth you do realize the autoshow is going on from December 1-10 not just one day right?. Rofllll once again, you’re clueless if you truly believe that and now I’m actually second guessing you’ve even seen the car in person. Mini S class LOL give me a break the new E class feels like Toyota corolla on the inside compared to the new 7 or S class, merc has worked hard to mask cheap parts, and materials to give the car an illusory luxurious feel, designed to fool casual, uninformed observers,, which isn’t too far off from the marketing strategies of companies like infiniti. If you’re genuine about this conversation, i strongly urge you to actually go see these cars, because you’re truly clueless if you’re seriously comparing the S class or 7 series to merc’s $55k-$100k cheaper, lower-class model. Night and day difference between the cars, and any sane individual who’s actually experienced these vehicles knows better.

Even if we compared it to the Phantom, it would remain a ludicrous car!Besides everything, we can say straightaway that this car is something to shout about in terms of performance and even though it's so cumbersome the body shape doesn't seem ungainly. I can only imagine mashing the throttle and then the car would be launched by that magnificent V12 engine! nothing new for BMW. my E60 M5 charges the key when in ignition
we have the 750, and it is a pain actually haha. we prefer to use the "normal" key from other models
E6X and E9X have it also. Probably many more models too

BMW are better now than they have ever been. Yeah the engines don't sound as good but the performance and efficiency nowadays is crazy

you are right. We have a 750Li, and we prefer to use the "standard" key used in other models. Less complicated and never needs a charge
